Cutlery Polishers.... are they really essential??

With this blog we will try to prove that cutlery polishers are nowadays essential in any kitchen: hotels, restaurants, caterings, hospitals, bars, ...all of them have to dry and polish many pieces of cutlery every day so....why do it by hand if there is a machine that can do it in a few minutes?
